Last night I had the chance to bond with my best friends and have dinner and a few drinks out. It was supposedly a late celebration for my 21st birthday but not everyone was able to make it. We still had an undoubtedly good time though. Dinner in Banapple was great, not to mention their desserts which were by the way fantastic. It was my first time to hang out in Meatshop and unfortunately, service wasn't very good. I had to like go back twice to the counter to follow up our orders. Sucks. It was very intimate because it was just Tin, Rosanne, din, Emil and I. It was sad because Andrea, Kela, Kay, Rowie, Jessy and DV couldnt make it. We finished about 1AM and Emil dropped us off at our designated places. Since not all were able to make it, were planning to hang out again this weekend. FYI, this Friday is a Holiday! Meaning NO WORK DAY! Woohoo! Plus I get my salary for the past two weeks of hell I was in so Im super excited! Things are about to get busy again so Im just holding on and preparing for a hell of a ride once again. Sigh. Cant wait for the day when its over. One word to describe this week; Bullsh*t. First of all, it was my very first week to experience too much pressure preparing for a play in just three days. Yesterday was judgment day, and for the information of all of you, it turned out the opposite way of what I hoped for. It was too damn crazy. If being a leader and vice-president would cost me this much drama and stress, then it isn't worth it at all. #$&$%^$#! It was just super relieving how my group mates were there to support me and comfort me amidst this extreme difficulties. Matay na. It was too much for me to handle, I felt bad at how Maam Lota didnt keep her promise of giving us at least two minutes to prepare for our second chance. Syempre kailangan ayusin yung audio stuff. %^&($%&$%*! We prepared so hard for this play tapos ganun nalang. @%$#^$&*^%^$* talaga. Ang papangit kaya nung sa ibang groups! @#%#^&%^&%&^*(! It was shameful for my part. Very shameful. Humanda kayo next week. #@%#^&$&*%^&% niyong lahat. For my opening remarks, Maam lota complemented on how I got the 'catch' for it. ts, yeah right.Last night, i arrived around 8pm at home and didn't get the chance to come to the airport with my lola and lolo. Yesterday were their last day here in Pinas and they're probably on the plane right now to Calif. During my birthday though, everybody from the family was their. Well, almost. Tita Thelma was there, Mariel, Marita and here siblings were there. Kuya francis and Ate Xan was there, Tito Ram and Tita Odette was there, Mich and her mom was there, Tito Delfin and dek were there, my brothers were there, it was almost perfect. It was just sad how Ana and the others couldn't make it. She's too busy with work in the hotel so i perfectly understand. The food was great! There was lasagna made by my mom, Kare-kare, my cake, pancit i think, Tita Thel baked here specialties, there was also Lechon de leche! Syempre bonggang-bongga. Hahaha! Btw my cake had "Happy Birthday Joy! Love, papa and mama" Lol. Sadly, my super smart mom havent thought about bringing the camera that night! So no pictures for all of you. Haha. Although Tito Ram had his and video-ed the blowing of the candles thing. Haha. Now, the world feels and seems so different from before. I'm totally legal for everything! Im 21!  I wasn't able to say goodbye to my cousins properly the last time we were together and i felt so stupid. I miss them already! Now i have to wait for 8 months to see them again. $%^#^&. Today is another questionable day. I keep telling myself 'no worries no worries' but then here it goes again. Hoping for the best! date: Monday, April 13, 2009

I just got back from the province last night. The past few days were very hectic. It was also very unfortunate for us because a relative of my lola died just two days ago during our stay in the province. Although it was fortunate for my step lolo. He was right in time for his best friend's death. It seemed his best friend just waited for his arrival before saying goodbye. My lolo should have been frustrated thinking he's about to have the time of his life during his first visit to the Philippines from California after ten long years. Anyway, since the burial is on Thursday, my parent decided to go back here in Manila and fix a few things. They will be going back in Zambales on Wednesday and maybe back here by the weekend. Lola and lolo will leave at the 26th. It was also nice that Tito Ram came back from work in Dubai. At least lolo gets to see his baby boy after a decade. Must be cool eh, working as a Civil Engineer in Dubai. Just an hour ago, my mom surprised me with the news. Unfortunately (or fortunately?) I got accepted in the intern I applied for. Sucks to be me. That means my dad wont be tagging me along with them back to the province. I loved it there, just having fun with the family. Si lolo comedy eh. He would walk here and there and all of a sudden people would just start laughing. When I looked his pajamas was already falling off of him. Kita na Boxers. LOL. There was also one instance he tripped all by himself. Basta basta nalang kasi papasok sa bahay ng ibang tao, akala mo kung sinong balikbayan. LOL. Sumabit tuloy sa gate. I had to just laugh my ass off. Its crazy. Napahiga sa sahig. Nagkasugat pa. LOL. I just love his red hat. He would wear it everywhere. Anyway, Ill be staying here at home, probably for the rest of the month. Ergh. At least I saw my cousins already. That's good enough for me. My grandparent's despedida is what I'm anxious for. Lolo and lola finally arrived yesterday morning from San Francisco. Too bad i wasn't able to come fetch them in the airport, their arrival was 5:25 in the morning. Wayyy too early for me. Haha. Lola had lots of pasalubongs! So it was great. lol. Step Lolo looked so older than ever, not so strong as he used to be but he's still very energetic as he was. Too bad tita Maribel and mark couldn't make it. I'm hoping they get to visit this Christmas with Becky. So, whats ahead? Hm, today is clearance day for me but i didn't go because first, tinatamad ako. Second, people in school, like myself also have their plans after getting clearances. Clearances aren't really as important as they used to be so i thought I'd just be wasting my time and energy getting there. The family is planning to do a little shopping after lunch so that's my priority for today. Haha. Grandparents will only be staying here for three weeks so we better make it to the fullest. In two days we'll be going to Zambales (I know.) along with my other cousins. I heard the oldies are expecting a small reunion with other relatives i don't even know. Hope everything turns out well!
